Breakfast with Pumpkin Pancakes

Tis the season for pumpkin recipes!   Yum, yum!  I just wanted to revisit these Pumpkin Protein Pancakes I did a while back.  They are perfectly healthy containing pumpkin, oats, egg whites, and a few more ingredients.  Serve with sugar-free syrup for the full healthy experience, or just normal syrup!  I like to sprinkle nutmeg over mine!  Check out the full recipe HERE and enjoy!
